By purchasing from Wireoo or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

Wireoo products are handmade. Because of this, minor variations in shape, placement, appearance and colour may occur between the product you receive and photographs displayed on our website.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Product availability

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.

Colour change requests

Selected bouquets may be available with colour changes. A colour change request does not mean that the flowers, arrangement or design itself can be completely customised unless specifically agreed by Wireoo.

We will make reasonable efforts to match the requested colour, but exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to material availability and differences in how colours appear on screens.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may be changed at any time without notice.

The price charged for an order will be the price displayed when the order is placed.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability or another reasonable issue preventing us from fulfilling the order.

Intellectual property

All photographs, product designs, graphics, branding, written content and other material displayed on the Wireoo website are owned by Wireoo unless otherwise stated.

They may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
