Orders are prepared and packed with care by Wireoo in Victoria, Australia.

Processing times

As our products are handmade, please allow approximately 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Processing times are separate from shipping times.

If an item requires additional preparation or has a different lead time, this will be stated on the product page.

Shipping within Australia

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

International shipping

We currently do not take international orders.

Delivery delays

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control. While we will do our best to assist if there is a problem, Wireoo cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless expressly agreed beforehand.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your purchase. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order needs to be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
